Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vistaaaaar ("Vistaaaaar", "we", "us") handles information when you use our search engine. This policy is provided for transparency and general information purposes and is not a substitute for legal advice; laws differ across countries and Vistaaaaar does not guarantee compliance with every jurisdiction's specific requirements.
Information we collect
When you search, we may log the search query, selected filters/country/language, an approximate device type, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address (not the raw IP address itself) for the purposes of analytics, abuse prevention and improving search suggestions. We do not require an account to search Vistaaaaar and do not knowingly collect more personal information than necessary for these purposes.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to support basic site functionality (such as the admin panel login) and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Search index content
Vistaaaaar's search index is built by automatically crawling publicly accessible web pages. We
index short snippets of publicly available text (titles, descriptions, and short excerpts) to help
you evaluate search results — we do not intentionally republish full copyrighted pages. Vistaaaaar
respects robots.txt and noindex directives and does not attempt to
bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or other access-control systems.
Website removal and reports
If you are a website owner and want your content removed or corrected in our index, or if you believe indexed content is inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise problematic, please use our Report Content page.
Data retention
Anonymized search analytics are retained for a limited period to improve ranking and suggestions, and are periodically cleaned up by an automated maintenance process.
Children's privacy
Vistaaaaar is a general-audience search tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
